Ingredients:

Oil - 2tbsp
Mustard - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - 5
Tomatoes Chopped - 2
Cooked Rice - 1 Cup
Onion Chopped - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
Salt  To Taste
Chili Powder- 1 tsp
Coriander Powder -2 tsp
Cumin  Powder - 1 tsp

Method:

  • Heat the Oil in the Pan & add mustard seeds, curry leaves.
  • Add onion when it becomes translucent add the ginger garlic paste, tomatoes & keep stirring.
  • Dump in all the dry masala powders.
  • Cook well while stirring frequently.
  • When the tomatoes are cooked add the Rice & combine.
