Ingredients:

Broad beans - 1 lb
Chili powder - 1tsp
Coriander powder - 1tsp
Salt to taste
Minced Garlic - 3 cloves
Onion - 1
Oil
Method:
  • Chop the beans into small pieces and boil it with chili powder, coriander powder and salt until tender
  • Heat oil in a pan add the minced garlic, onion and fry until the onions are translucent
  • Add the boiled beans and fry well.
