Ingredients

Tofu (hard) - sliced
Egg whites- 2 beaten
Green Onions - 1 chopped
Thai green chillies - 2 chopped
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Onion powder - 1/4 tsp
Garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
Cayenne Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Salt as required
Oil - 1 tbsp

Method
  • Beat the egg whites by adding green onions, green chillies, soy sauce, onion powder,garlic powder and Cayenne pepper and salt.
  • Slice the tofu into 1 inch thin slices.
  • place the slice tofu in the egg mixture
  • Heat a tbsp of oil in a pan, add the tofu from the egg mixture and fry a minute on each sides.
